Hawaiian beauty Nicole Scherzinger best known as the lead singer of of the Pussycat Dolls has dropped a new track titled On My Side that features Grammy nominated singer Akon. The track is from her much delayed debut solo album My Name Is Nicole that is expected to be released sometime in 2010 as she stated to Billboard back in April 2009. The Konvict produced track is nothing that we have not yet heard before, but nonetheless, it has a good beat attached to it, and it is quite catchy. Although, i am curious if her album will actually ever see the light of day or will she just stay being a Pussycat Dolls with her back-up dancers. In related news, Doll member Kimberly Wyatt has recently opened up in an interview about Nicole Scherzinger special treatment with the group and confirmed that herself and Melody Thornton were both sacked from the group. The 27 year old, who currently is a judge on the new UK talent show Got To Dance, is in talks with Melody, Jessica Sutta and Ashley Roberts about starting up a project or group on their own - separate from Scherzinger.
