Rock band Evanesence founded by singer/pianist Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody are releasing a new track and all the proceeds will be going to help Haiti. “I am deeply moved by the tragic loss and devastation in Haiti. We hope to be able to make a positive contribution to the UN’s emergency response by teaming with the UN Foundation through our music,” says front woman Amy Lee. The new song titled Together Again was originally going to be on the Chronicles Of Narnia Soundtrack but didn't make the cut and was to be released as a b-side on the Good Enough single but that turned to be false. The song is about leaving home knowing it may not be there when you return, and the attraction to something frightening and wonderful far away and will be avaliable as a free download starting as of January 22nd, 2010 for the next 30 days as a special download on www.unfoundation.org. Also the band is also been working on new material for their upcoming third album that is set to be released in early fall 2010. Enjoy!
