New artist Jason Derulo from Miramar, Florida has already has had a #1 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with his lead single titled Whatcha Say. The song was produced by J.R. Rotem with additional production by Fuego and samples the Imogen Heap song Hide and Seek. As of back in November his first single has sold 1.7 millions copies in digital sales according to Nieslon Soundscan. His upcoming debut album seems is going to be full of hits because you can clearly tell he puts out quality stuff out. The new song that is titled Sky's The Limit will serve as the third single and it is a really nice choice with a solid beat produced by J.R. Rotem. Derülo is currently working on his debut album, which is set for release February 9th 2010. He was announced as an opening act for Lady GaGa for her 2009-2010 tour, The Monster Ball Tour. Enjoy!
