Beyonce | Black Culture + Waiting

Thursday, December 24, 2009

R&B songstress Beyonce leads the nominations for the 52nd Grammy Awards with 10 nods for I Am...Sasha Fierce and her hit song Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It). Well now we have a new leaked track that is a cover which is not stranger to Beyonce as she sang Fever the sultry tune popularized by Peggy Lee in 1958 as the theme for her first ever fragrance. Now here is yet another, it is titled Black Culture which samples a very prominent 30 year old classic hit by Michael Jackson called Don't Stop Til You Get Enough. The song would probably fit into one of Beyonce's upcoming movies about life of a Black Panther and FBI renegade Angela Davis. The other track that has leaked, which am sure will make all Beyonce fan happy cause they get two tracks just before Christmas, this one titled Waiting. Though little is really known of terms when it was recorded and if it was supposed to be for B-Day or I Am...Sasha Fierce. The track is still very much sounding like a early demo, although the song is dated and quite repetitive, but definitely take a listen to both nonetheless. Enjoy!
